How to manually upload a Tintri Support Bundle for a Tintri VMStore. This article describes the following:

How to generate a support bundle

To perform a manual update:

  1. To diagnose the health of your VMstore, click More on the application bar and select the Diagnose option.

    More > Diagnose
     
  2. Click Generate support bundle in the dialog window. The bundle will take some time to generate. When completed, you will be able to access it in the “Browse logs and bundles” section.

  3. Navigate to the logs/tintri/phonehome/archive location and download the bundle to your device.

How to upload a support bundle

To upload a support bundle: 
  1. Login to the Tintri Support Portal.
  2. Click the Upload option.

  3. Click Choose File and select the file from your local machine.
  4. Enter a brief description of the file contents.
  5. Click Start Upload.

    Click Start Upload.
