Description

 

The new search feature on the support portal redirects customers to the https://doc.tintri.com website. The access to the redirected site may be blocked in some scenarios. 

Symptoms

 

When accessing the search feature on the support portal, the page load times out and an error is shown stating the page cannot be displayed. This is typically caused by a timeout or if access to the site has been denied. 

 

Resolution

 

 

If you still cannot reach the site https://doc.tintri.com then please contact Tintri Support for further troubleshooting.
